Our aim at Hybla Tavern is to use our own Melt Beef and Hawthornden Lamb along with other quality produce, to provide a high standard of food and beverage to Middleton Beach. Interesting and well executed dishes are complemented by a beverage list showcasing wines from the South West region of WA as well as beers, ciders and spirits. Our liquor license allows beverages to be enjoyed without purchasing a meal.
