Helen Jones Therapy

Description

I work with individuals, couples and families in a safe and supportive atmosphere by helping them gain a better understanding of themselves, and how this may affect the people they are close to. Some individuals, couples and families come to therapy because one or more person is experiencing upset and pain in a relationship, others come to address problems at an early stage or even to prevent problems arising. Some people may wish to either come alone or to explore the possibility of bringing other people in to further sessions.
