Not Happy
This the worst Property management company in the Northern suburbs. They charge the earth about 17-18% of your gross rent and provide the lowest possible service deliverable. Communication and response times are pitiful, attention to detail poor and their ability to do the job they are employed to do - Act on your behalf woeful. Tenants will be allowed to do as they please and pay rent etc as they can not as they are meant to. BE WARNED STAY AWAY from this company!!
