Estia Health Bentleigh is now closed as we begin a major redevelopment that will expand the home to 108 places. While the home is not accepting new residents, our wider Estia Health network continues to support the community. The redeveloped Bentleigh home will feature a modern single‑level design, increased accommodation, enhanced communal areas and refreshed outdoor spaces. We will keep the community updated as the project progresses toward reopening in 2027.
