Vivid Support Network is a nurse-led Disability Support Service provider supporting participants across Blacktown, Western Sydney, Silverdale Area. We deliver supported independent living (SIL), in-home support, personal care, community nursing, high intensity supports, daily living and life skills, household tasks, community participation and transport. Our Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse, so we can support participants with complex and high intensity needs. We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, families and support coordinators, and we have SIL vacancies available across Western Sydney
