In Forster and after a break from the lake? Our Bakers Delight Forster Bakery is at Shop 99, Forster Shopping Centre, Breese Parade, an open-air centre anchored by Coles. We open early, so there's no waiting around. Grab a Ham & Cheese Danish for morning tea, or a Cape Seed Loaf for sandwiches through the week. We use real ingredients right through, and we're proud of what comes out. Parking at the centre is free, and Wallis Lake is a short stroll if you fancy a wander afterwards. We're at our busiest around lunchtime. If you're up for the Viking Challenge in March or the triathlon in February, come and refuel with us afterwards.
