Precium is an independent buyer's agency on the NSW South Coast, working for buyers across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Jervis Bay, Milton-Ulladulla and the Eurobodalla, and in coastal Western Australia. Founded by Matt Knight, the team has bought more than 450 properties for clients over around 15 years. Precium has been a REBAA member for more than 12 years. It sources on-market and off-market properties and works only on the buyer's side, for a fee for service with no undisclosed kickbacks or commissions from agents, sellers or developers.
